Ford Mustang: The American Pride on Roads
Ford has been a symbol of elegance and prestige for long years. The name Ford is a synonym of American pride for past long decades. It is the quality and durability of the vehicles from Ford that have made it the symbol of perfection for past one century. Even today, the American roads are filled with Ford cars.
Ford is well known not only for their quality but also has contributed many new innovations in automotive industry. It is the first manufacturer that has employed the moving assembly line. This
technology helped Ford to produce cars in a faster pace and also made the cars more affordable so that more people could own their own cars.
The advanced assembly line helped in cutting down a lot of time and money, hence helped Ford to focus more on the research and development, which in turn permitted them to come up with high standard vehicles, preserving the pride and quality of New Land products.
The high standard of Ford has allowed many classic and vintage Ford cars to be street worthy even today. The vintage cars from Ford are still very much alluring and are full functioning. Some popular model vintage and classic Ford cars of the 50s and the 60s are Fairlane, Thunderbird, Falcon, Galaxie, Torino, and of course, the Mustang.
Ford Mustang is a classic Ford car which was very much American in looks and features. It was a favourite of the minds of many American teenagers. The usage of Ford Mustang in Hollywood films have glamorised it among the young generation for decades. If you desire to purchase a vintage car, then Ford mustang is the perfect choice. They are unmistakably American and will give you a certain pride when you see people turn their heads and look at your car.

2010 Mustang: Not Perfect, But Much Better - Hartford Courant

What interests me about the 2010 Ford Mustang might not interest you. I could stay up all night reading about taller tire sidewalls and their effect on suspension settings. You? Maybe not so much. I'm positively Nelly over the car's stiffer chassis — hubbah! — and cold air induction. You, on the other hand, might have more important things to think about.
Maybe you're a wee bit distracted on account of the economy tiptoeing on the bubbling brimstone edge of ruin. Ah, well, that brings us back to the Mustang, doesn't it? If Ford can reform a chintzy, gimpy, flubbery, moronic mess that was the Mustang, anything is possible.
Only two years ago, I couldn't have hated the Mustang more if one had run over my tongue. The car was cheap and plasticky inside, unsorted underneath and uncouth all around.
The 2010 Mustang — though still far from perfect — is summarily a more serious and charismatic car, with

Jun 20, 2007 by sean_mccully | Posted in Maintenance & Repairs
I got a question about my 2005 Ford Mustang (manual). When I accelerate it sounds like it is revving really high but there is no power it does then when I shift from first to second or second to third (like I should be in a lower gear but i shouldnt be). It just started doing this to me a few days ago, I am not sure what the problem is?
Slipping clutch. Get it checked out.

Can a 1997 v6 ford mustang automatic transmission fit in a 1995 mustang?
Feb 22, 2008 by Frederick C | Posted in Maintenance & Repairs
My son want to put a 1997 ford transmission in his ford mustang, his is a 1995. The mustangs are V6.
An auto salvage yard has cross-referencing books and can probably answer your question. Yellow pages under "Auto Parts--Used".
Best regards,
Mike

How much horsepower does a 1966 Ford Mustang have?
Jan 22, 2008 by Matt S | Posted in Ford
I am looking into buying a 1966 Ford Mustang from my friend and I was just wondering how much horsepower it was. I asked my friend but he didn't know. I could probally find it somewhere. But this is easyer. It is a 1966, coupe, 6 cylinder, automatic transmission, Ford Mustang. It is not a Shelby Mustang. Just a standard Mustang. It needs a little work, but the engine is fine. All orignal parts. Thank you!
