Is it possible to replace the battery in 2006 Lexus GS key without going to the dealer?

2006 Lexus GS AWD model.
The battery is dead and I want to know if I can replace the battery myself because the dealer is charging way too much. Any ideas?
By battery I mean the battery that resides inside the KEY to used to open the car doors and start the vehicle.
How do I open it?

Where is the oil dipstick on a 1993 Lexus GS 300 engine?

My husband bought me a 1993 Lexus GS 300 and we have been working on it to get it driveable, but can't find the oil dipstick. We've located the transmission fluid dipstick, but cannot find the oil dipstick. If it's one that's on the inside of the oil cap we'll have to replace it.

Can the new Lexus GS really do doughnuts and so forth like a sports car when it is automatic? Or is it standard?
I never thought automatics can do doughnuts if its true...
Yes, only if the driver knows what he's doing.
You just need a good driver, a fast car, and the traction control system off.
