For the second round of the World Rally Championship, 41 crews have submitted their names to the organisers of Rally Norway. As was the case in Ireland, four teams will be fighting for manufacturer points starting February 12th: Ford and Citroen each have their works operations, with Stobart M-Sport Ford and the Citroen Junior team contributing to both manufacturers' efforts as well. No changes regarding the official factory teams: Sebastien Loeb and Dani Sordo will be defending Citroen's colours while Mikko Hirvonen and Jari-Matti Latvala will be doing the same for Ford. At the Stobart Ford outfit, Urmo Aava will be teamed up with Matthew Wilson and Henning Solberg, the latter competing on his home event at the controls of his Focus. Another trio can be found at the Citroen Junior Team, with Evgeny Novikov, Conrad Rautenbach and Sebastien Ogier each handling a C4. The Norwegian drivers know the terrain well and will have to be watched, in particular local star Petter Solberg. The 2003 WRC titleholder, left without a season-long drive following Subaru's pullout, will be taking on the stages aboard a Citroen Xsara WRC.

I have to do a budget analysis for my math class and it is asking me how much would maintenance be for a year on your transportation. I am planning on buying a used 2003 mitsubishi lancer oz rally in the future so on average, how much would maintenance cost?

Is it possible to turbocharge a stock Mitsubishi Lancer? If so, what can I expect to pay?
I'd also like anything you can give me that I would also need to run said turbo.
There are a few websites that offer a full turbo kit for the stock/base Lancer. 1) www.turbo-kits.com, 2) www.roadracemotorsports.com, 3) www.accoladesportparts.com, all of these have their own prices but with full kits. You can safely set up the turbo kit from 5-7 psi before having to do any internal engine work. Very pricey, but worth it if you have the money. I plan on throwing a turbo kit into my 2006 Lancer once I get the money. Good luck.
