There were no visitor or board member comments prior to the commencement of the business portion of the meeting. Presentation - Floor President Teri Olson began the meeting by thanking Pete and Mike Nurzia for the work they did on the hardwood floor in the multipurpose room of the elementary school. Presentation - Operations and maintenance Facilities and Operations Director Glen Freyer gave a presentation on his department's proposed budget for 2009-10. He first listed the budgeted items that have been completed: high school roof, gym skylights and lighting, the multipurpose room, caulking of the joint between the old building and the auditorium addition as well as repairs to the front entrances and steps at the elementary school, the installation of air conditioning in the computer closet and replacement of the water heater at the middle school as well as the new roof on the maintenance garage. Does any one have any information about 1999 Ford F-350 powerstrokes and problems with the transmissions?

My dad has a 1999 Ford F-350, 7.3L Powerstroke, it is and Automatic. He is having trouble with the transmission, when he starts it up it will run and idle fine, after letting it warm up you can put the truck in any gear but they wont work at all..Is there any sensors that will cause this.
Ford has a problem with the transmission in several of there vehicle with delayed engagement This is not a normal operation for any vehicle. How do I change the second row of back tires on a Ford F-350 Dually?

I usually park my cars behind my gate. But last night, just for kicks, I parked my Ford F-350 on the road. This morning I walk down the driveway to get the mail and I notice the rear end was unusually low! Someone slashed the second row of rear tires! I'm not a mechanic, so I'm completly perplexed on how I can access THOSE tires, behind another set of tires, to change them.
Hello, you have to jack up the rear of the truck and first remove the outside tire, then the inside tire to replace the slashed tires. Do the same for the other side. When re installing the duealy rires, make sure that both tires on one side are the almost exact height, like two new on one side and the two old ones on the other side. The inear tire will olso have to be unbolted. Tom

It's a 2000 F-350 and I will buy whatever special tools I may need to get the job done, I have a Ford Excursion to do after I'm done with my truck.
First of all your going to need a ball joint press and and 1/2 impack, and also if you have auto locking 4x4 hubs you will need to also replace the axel seals and vacuum seals. You will need a special tool to install the vacuum seals onto the axel stubs. to do this. Remove the tire, the 4x4 locking hub, carefull it cost $300, you can tap lightly on the sides if its stuck. then remove the snap rings and washersYou will be able to use a prybar to puch the axel out of the hub assembly. Disconnect the abs if equipt and the vacuum hose. remove the castle nut from the steering linkage and install it upside down back onto the steering linkage. Use a hammer to to quick snap onto the bottom of the castle nut. you will be able to remove the nut with you wrench (make shure you install the nut all the way till the treads are even witht he bottom of the nut). Remove the ball joint nut and use a hammer to hit the bottom ball joint and the whole knuckle will come off. Then you use the ball joint press to push and install the ball joints. You should get a manual or pay off a ford mechanic for the tourqe specs and maybe he'll lend you the special tool. Reasemble in reverse order and follow tinghtening specs. in a hurry dont care about spelling
