Built on the chassis of the midsize General Motors pickups —- the Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon —- the H3T essentially is just the H3 with the cargo area’s top chopped off to create a small pickup bed, great for hauling your sports equipment, camping gear or other stuff into the wilderness.

Following the theme of vehicles such as the Ford Explorer Sport Trac and Chevrolet Honda Ridgeline, but with the off-road prowess of a Hummer, the H3T seats five people quite comfortably, even adults.

It makes both a great highway cruiser and off-road explorer, which is a hard combination to achieve.

There are two engines offered in the H3T, either the 3.7-liter five-cylinder borrowed from the Colorado and Canyon or a 5.3-liter V-8, the same engine used in a variety of GM pickups and SUVs.

GM markets all the Hummer vehicles through an agreement with Hummer parent AM General Corp., but it does have plans to sell the brand as part of its corporate restructuring.

Try 29k out the door, for most cars that are foreign the mark up on it is higher. Low ball and then work up. All that will happen is they will say no and then give you a counter offer. Then you go back and make another offer.

2008 Toyota Tacoma - Long Bed vs. Short and AUX / IPOD hook up?

I'm going to be getting a 08' Double Cab Tacoma 4x4 w/ TRD in the next couple months but I'm torn between going with a short bed vs. long bed. What would you pick ( or did you pick ) and why?

Also I can't remember if the Tacoma comes with an AUX port to hook up ipods. Are there any items on the market that perform well in this area?

I would get longbed due to fact you may need it in future. the premium sound comes with ipod plug in.
